We have many different things to offer in our area.... hiking or horseback riding at If water sports is your passion, we have Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area or Rockville Lake Park just a short distance away. Both lakes offer GREAT fishing opportunities. For those of you that like to canoe there are several venues to take care of your needs... Sugar Valley Canoe Trips and Turkey Run Canoe Trips. We have a small Amish community here as well and they have many food items and goods to offer you. There is plenty of shopping in our little town.... Antiques , old time Variety Store, gift shops and boutiques. We also have Billie Creek Village, which is a re-creation of a 20th century village. At Bridgeton,there is the oldest continually operated mill in Indiana. There you will find all sorts of freshly milled products and souvenirs. Stop in at Mansfield during one of the many events that they hold during the spring and summer....Mushroom Festival,Woodworker's Festival,Watermelon Festival and the Cornbread Festival.
